"Irish Architectural and Decorative Studies" is the annual journal of the Irish Georgian Society. It is the much-enhanced and dramatically expanded successor to the Bulletin, which was published from 1958 to 1997. The journal reflects the Irish Georgian Society’s present wider remit, which is no longer concerned solely with Georgian architecture, but acknowledges the importance of the entire spectrum of Ireland’s post-medieval architecture and its special need for protection, interpretation, understanding and appreciation.
