This Positive Emotions Pupil Book consists of 10 lessons which introduce children to five evidence-based strategies to boost positive emotions on a daily basis. Each of these strategies is presented as an `ingredient' which makes up a `Positive Emotion Potion'.
This Positive Relationships Pupil Book consists of 10 lessons which introduce children to eight evidence-based strategies to nurture positive relationships on a daily basis. The first letters of each lesson combine to spell the word 'Relating' which should serve as a reminder to the children of each lesson.
