A naturally optimistic person, Cath-Ann practises gratitude daily. The title she chose for this debut collection Gusts of Gladness reflects this. She hopes her poems capture the beauty and value in life, in nature, and in the support of friendship and music at challenging times, while not denying the unpredictability which can change the course of our dreams and plans.
