Prior to being called to the Bar in 2011, David was an advisor in the Department of Transport (2006 to 2009). He is the author of The Law of Local Government published in December 2014 and is the Course Director of the Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law in the Honorable Society of King's Inns.Patrick McGovern, Retired Partner, Arthur CoxPatrick McGovern, B.A. (Mod), LL.B. (First Class) and Foundation Scholar, TCD, admitted Solicitor Ireland and Northern Ireland.
