Will I get confirmation of my order?Confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided when you signed up as a customer to this website.
How long before I receive my order?
Once we receive your order on this website, one of the following will happen:
1. If we have the item(s) in stock, we will usually dispatch the order the same working day by first class post.
2. If an item is out of stock in our shop but is available from one of our suppliers, we would usually dispatch the order to you within 3 - 5 working days.
3. If an item is unavailable from all of our suppliers, we will let you know as quickly as possible and seek to find out if there is an alternative.
Please note, if you need an order delivered by a particular date, there is a Special Instructions box in the ordering process where you can enter these details.
If we are unable to deliver by the requested date, we will let you know and give you the option to cancel your order.
CDs, DVDs and software can only be returned if they were dispatched to you in shrinkwrapped or sealed packaging and returned to us in the same unopened condition. Please be aware, that many of these products are no longer produced in sealed packaging and, due to copyright reasons, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
No returns are allowed on dated materials unless they are faulty or damaged.
Books: If you find the books you have bought are unsuitable for your purposes, we will offer a refund of the purchase price, provided that they are returned to us in perfect condition within 7 working days at your expense. Under these conditions we will refund the purchase price but not the cost of postage and packing. This offer applies only to books, excluding books containing a CD or DVD.
