An integrated, enjoyable and child-centred course for the teaching of Irish which aims to develop the language, cognitive, emotional and creative skills of the child. Main emphasis is placed on the child and on his/her language requirements and particular interests. Prepared specifically for schools in the Gaeltacht and Gaelscoileanna but also suitable for use in English medium schools. All the material is based on the guidelines and themes of the revised Primary Curriculum (1999).
